At Cheerlink, you can add your own branding domain to improve your email deliverability. By default, emails use a Cheerlink domain. This feature can help your email campaigns look more professional in general.

How to add your branding domain

1. Upgrade to Cheerlink Advanced Plan or Pro Plan

2. Click on Settings -> Domains -> Connect new domain and enter the domain you want to connect

   

   

3. To allow Cheerlink to send email campaigns on your behalf, it's necessary to add DNS records to your domain via your domain provider's site. This procedure helps to verify your domain.

   

   • Find where you can create or add a new record. From your domain provider's website, find the page or area that has your domain or domain records - usually called manage domains, DNS custom records or zone files. After locating this area, proceed to the next step: adding DNS records to your domain. If you’re using a third-party service to manage your DNS for example, Cloudflare, you’ll need to edit your DNS records from there, not your domain name registrar.

     • Azure
   • Select the record Type
   • Copy the Name detail and paste it in your record's Name or Host field. This might also benamed Hostname or Host record.
   • Copy the Value detail paste it in your record's Value field. This might also be named Data or Points To.
   • Save your record
   • Now repeat those steps, but this time copy/paste the info for the second and third record.

4. Verify your domain. Most DNS records propagate within a few minutes, but may take up to 48 hours. If you have only recently created the records, they may still be processing. Please check your DNS records and verify domain later.

• Sender Policy Framework (SPF) - This verifies the legitimacy of an email sender. An SPF record allows Internet Service Providers to verify that a mail server is authorized to send emails for a specified domain. The record is a DNS TXT record, denoting which IP addresses can send emails on behalf of your domain.

• DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) - This enables an organization to take accountability for sending a message in a way that the recipient can verify. The organization adds a digital signature to the message, linking it to the organization's domain name.

2. Create an email campaign and enter your sender email address. By default, emails use a Cheerlink domain. And you can use your domain to send email campaigns.
