Interact with visitors and customers on your store by chatting with them in real time, providing order status updates, and more using the Wix app.

With this app, you can provide personal, real-time support to your visitors and customers without leaving the Widget. Additionally, by letting customers check their order status on their own, you can save precious conversation time.

Here are some other things you can do with the app:

• Chat with visitors to your store in real time, capture them as leads, and convert them to customers.
• Display customers' latest order status in the Widget home so that they can check their order without initiating a conversation. (coming soon)
• Enable visitors to search their orders directly from the Widget. (coming soon)
• Resolve issues faster by viewing your customers' order history.
• Observe customer's activities.
• Send products, orders, and coupons directly in chat. (coming soon)
• Send targeted messages to encourage customers who purchased from your store to return.

Note:

• Only one Wix website can be connected to one Cheerlink workspace.

Installing the Wix app will:

• Add Cheerlink's Javascript snippet to your store to enable loading the Widget.
• Import records from Wix Website to Cheerlink.

When a Wix customer is imported as a user in Cheerlink, that user will be linked to the Wix Customer ID to identify their Wix orders. (coming soon)
