Overview

Wordpress is an all-in-one solution for creating a customizable website or online store. To show Cheerlink widget on your Wordpress website and provide support to your customers, you can easily integrate Cheerlink and Wordpress in a few steps.

Get started

  1. Navigate to Integrations > Wordpress, and click “Install”. You will be directed to Cheerlink’s detail page on Wordpress plugin directory.

  1. Click “Download” to download the zip file of Cheerlink. In Wordpress, navigate to Plugins > Add New Plugin, and then Upload Plugin

  1. Upload the zip file you just downloaded, and click “Install Now”, and then “Activate Plugin”

  1. Cheerlink AI Chat will appear on your side bar. If you have WooCommerce installed, it will prompts with a permission request for Cheerlink to read your store data and generate better results. If you don’t have WooCommerce, you will just see a button to get started.

  1. Follow the onboarding guide to create your account and workspace of Cheerlink. You can chat with the AI to see if it learned from your website!

Uninstall

Go to your WordPress admin console. You can deactivate and uninstall Cheerlink there.
