At Cheerlink, you can automatically forward your email messages. This is useful if you want to read and respond to email messages from Cheerlink Inbox.

This article will cover how to forward emails to Cheerlink from the most common email providers


Gmail

  1. Add your email address in Cheerlink email forwarding settings and click “Save” button

  2. Open Gmail and sign in to your account.

  3. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner and select "See all settings"

  4. Go to the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab. Click "Add a forwarding address" and enter the Cheerlink inbound email address. Click here to copy the address

  5. A verification email will be sent to your Cheerlink Inbox. Click the verification link inside that email.

  6. Return to your Gmail settings and refresh your page. The forwarding address should now be verified. Also, make sure that you have selected the "Forward a copy of incoming mail to..." checkbox in your Forwarding settings in Gmail and Save Changes.

  2. Open Outlook and sign in to your account. Open Outlook and sign in to your account and click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open "Settings"

  3. Click the "Mail" tab and select "Forwarding" menu. Then Enable forwarding and enter the Cheerlink inbound email address and select Save. Click here to copy the address
