What can Cheerlink SMS do for you?

Currently, we support one-way SMS (sending marketing SMS campaigns to your customers). Two-way SMS will be coming soon.

Choosing a Branded Sender ID

Navigate to Settings-SMS. A Branded Sender ID is a custom name or number that appears in the sender field of the text message instead of a phone number. You can simply write down your brand name as your Branded Sender ID.

Sending SMS Campaigns

Navigate to Campaigns, and choose “create an SMS campaign”. You can customize your SMS content and send it to your customers by simply clicking “send”. It’s recommended to follow the quiet hours for a higher open rate and to avoid disturbing your customers.
