FAQ
FAQ, an acronym for "Frequently Asked Questions". Cheerlink’s FAQ enables you to create automated replies for common questions in your Shopify store. When customers open the chat window on your shop, they can view a list of frequently asked questions. Upon selecting a specific question, they will receive an instant answer.

Customize your FAQ
- In the Cheerlink console, go to Widget > FAQ.
- Click Settings under FAQ to open the creation page.
- Click Add new to add a FAQ.
- In the Question field, enter the question you would like to be prompted as an instant answer. This field has a 60 character limit.
- In the Answer field, Enter the answer for your question. This field has a 350 character limit.
- Click Add.
- To update your online store with this change, Switch on the toggle button.
