Navigate to Integrations:
On the Cheerlink dashboard, click on the DNA tab in the left menu.
Install Klaviyo:
Scroll down to the "Unintegrated" section, find Klaviyo, and click the black Install button.
Authorize Access:
A Klaviyo window will pop up. Click Continue (if prompted about the app review) and then click Allow to grant Cheerlink permission to access your Klaviyo account data (Lists, Campaigns, etc.).
Confirm Connection:
You will be redirected back to Cheerlink. The Klaviyo icon should now move to the "Integrated" section with an "Edit" button, confirming the connection is successful.
Open the Chat Interface:
Click on the Chat icon (top left) to open the AI conversation window.
Request a Campaign:
Type a prompt into the chat, such as: "Write a marketing email for a new Product."
Review AI Generation:
The AI (Cheerlink) will analyze your request and automatically fill in the campaign details (Product, Target Audience, Tone, and Send Timing). It will then generate a full email preview including the subject line and body content.
Send the Email:
Once the email is generated and you are satisfied, click the Send to All Customers button below the preview. The system will confirm that the campaign has been delivered.
Check Klaviyo:
Log in to your Klaviyo dashboard and go to the Campaigns tab. You will see the new email campaign created by Cheerlink listed there with a "Sent" status.
