Cheerlink x Klaviyo Integration & Workflow Guide

Welcome to Cheerlink — Your new partner for intelligent, AI-powered growth. Connecting Klaviyo takes only a few clicks, with no setup complexity or technical steps required.

Once connected, using Klaviyo through Cheerlink is just as simple: describe what you want in natural language, and Cheerlink handles the data, content generation, and workflow execution for you.

Part 1: Connect Klaviyo to Cheerlink

  1. Navigate to Integrations:

    Navigate the Cheerlink dashboard url: https://agent.cheerlink.app/

    On the Cheerlink dashboard, click on the DNA tab in the left top menu.

  2. Install Klaviyo:

    Scroll down to the "Unintegrated" section, find Klaviyo, and click the Install button.

  3. Authorize Access:

    A Klaviyo window will pop up. Click Continue (if prompted about the app review) and then click Allow to grant Cheerlink permission to access your Klaviyo account data (Lists, Campaigns, etc.).

  4. Confirm Connection:

    You will be redirected back to Cheerlink. The Klaviyo icon should now move to the "Integrated" section with an "Edit" button, confirming the connection is successful.

Part 2: Generate & Send an Email Campaign

  1. Open the Chat Interface:

    Click on the Chat icon (top left) to open the AI conversation window.

  2. Request a Campaign:

    Type a prompt into the chat, such as: "Write a marketing email for a new Product."

  3. Review AI Generation:

    The AI (Cheerlink) will analyze your request and automatically fill in the campaign details (Product, Target Audience, Tone, and Send Timing). It will then generate a full email preview including the subject line and body content.

  4. Send the Email:

    Once the email is generated and you are satisfied, click the Send to All Customers button below the preview. The system will confirm that the campaign has been delivered.
